The main idea is to understand the difference between good and bad carbs and not say "yes but fruits contain sugar as well". I rather see all people around the world eating lots of fruits all day long than eating chocolate bars, candies, sweets etc. Another important thing is to organize your carbs like pasta, potatoes, and rice. Try to have been 3 times more and 2 times more vegetables than the protein and with time to decrease to 2 times and at the same time increase the quantity of the vegetables.

You have to understand what will happen!
