Usually, stress comes from fear of speaking, fear of losing people that we love but with all of this we destroy ourselves from inside to outside and is the worst thing that could happen. The best way to release the fear and still keep the people you love is to write down when you are angry and want to say only bad things. Write down, write down, write down!
