Amanda has found it helpful to Google recipe ideas, make a soup or stew to eat for a while, and to give herself permission to try different foods. We talked about how it's ok to not like to cook, that you don't have to like foods that are "healthy" and that you don't have to avoid foods often labeled as "unhealthy".
