His late wife, Auntie Setsuko was Japanese so I was curious what it was like for them to have Japanese and Filipino cuisine in one household. He has hosted many Thanksgivings for our family and is known for his “special” gravy so I had to ask what is his secret. Stay tuned for that surprise. Thanks for listening!
