My wonderful friend Mia and her soul sister Bao teach me all about the food of Madagascar. This is the first time I am hearing of this cuisine. It is very unique that I'm pretty sure there isn't a local Malagasy restaurant around the DMV area but you never know when it might just pop up somewhere!
