The New Moon & solar eclipse is approaching on the 25th/26th. I know it’s a busy time for everyone but be sure to carve out some “me time” to rest and go within! It’s funny because it wasn’t until I started practicing Reiki that I realised I was an Empath. I always thought it was something that only a “special” few had as a gift but now I know that more and more of us identify as being empathic. If you’re still not sure if that’s you or not, don’t worry, in this episode I clarify what an empath is and how to know if you are an empath or not. I also share the story about the Reiki session I was giving where it became clear to me that I was an empath and how it came as a bit of a surprise! Archangel Haniel is the Angel of love, compassion and beauty. Recently we’ve been working with her magical energy inside the Fiercely Spiritual Family and practicing feeling her presence. We’ve also been using invocations for specific purposes such as self-love and self-worth… so important. I talk about this in this episode and share an invocation that you can start using straight away to work with Archangel Haniel. I just love being with the Angels and sharing their magic. If you’ve been wanting to connect with your Angels and invite their magic into your life, this is a great place to start. Inviting your Angels into your life allows them to work with you and for you to open up to their gifts. I’m chatting with Aisling Fitzgibbon, a holistic nutrition coach, corporate speaker and author. During our conversation Aisling shares about her battle with depression and how she faced her fears and finally came off Anti depressants after years taking them for years. This day last week we had a really powerful Equinox. The energy recently has been off the charts and most of us are feeling it in one way or another. We also experienced the New Moon in Libra on 28th September. Libra is all about balance and love, so you may notice this reflected in your relationships. Some relationships will come into greater harmony, others that are out of balance will experience this disharmony highlighted under this Libra New Moon. Of course, our greatest relationship is with ourself, so you may notice areas in your life where you are out of balance, or parts of your energy field that need to come into alignment. I know, I’ve heard the promises before about manifesting anything in 10 seconds… this is not one of those empty promises. Do you ever wonder what your Soul wants for you, or even how to hear the whispers of your soul? Your soul loves you and wants you to experience a magnificent life.
