Chasing Fifty

Being vulnerable is a place we all need to be safe, and the voice of shame coming from within has to be reigned.  Fear can be a safe alarm that you are moving forward into new experiences. Take account how far you have come and applaud your growth! But by all means be a cheerleader for yourself! SP*

Wisdom!   The news is unsettling and I don't know how I would cope if I didn't have wise seasoned friends over 70 I could call. Take advantage of these wonderful souls who are ready to share. Make that call! Talk to you next week

It is one thing to lead and share from your perspective, but this wee we are going to lead out with our ears and HEAR what people are really saying... Listen between the beats... You will tune into the truth quicker and better facilitate the need. Besides you will be a better human!! SP

I met this dynamic woman and have been inspired ever since. One day in my office a statuesque beauty walked in and said “ALOHA”. Now mind you we are in Oregon and the greeting wasn’t one I am used to but I loved it! Her energy then and now is enough to light the sky and rally troops to push forward. She is a champion Toastmaster, ex basketball player, world traveler and so much more but most of all a woman to watch. Her passion to educate has navigated her career and continues to expand. I learned so much from my time working with Libra about her leadership style. Her ability to inspire her team to take risk and trust themselves was moving. The team grew individually and made great strides that year. I am sure you will take away many wonderful gems to inspire you and who you lead.
