Who would turn down the opportunity to instantly become a Multi-millionaire? You would think no one in their right mind, right? There was at least one multi-million dollar lottery winner that says he would have ripped up the ticket if he could have known how things would turn out. His is not the only tale of lottery winning sorrow. Yes, many big lottery winners have found themselves with a pile of money and just as much unhappiness. With all their financial problems solved why are these people unhappy? Maybe the Holy Scriptures will provide one or two clues as to why so many million dollar lottery winners are not made happy by their money.

The recovery effort in the island nation of Haiti is approaching the end of its second week. After Haiti’s capitol city was devastated by a 7.1 earthquake some asked why? And some even dared to answer. Why yet another disaster for the poorest nation in the western hemisphere? Is it as at least one minister suggested; Haiti is cursed? Or does Haiti just happen to lie in a geographically unfortunate position on the earth? Or is there some other answer to the Big WHY?

Many christians are deceived and believe they are following Christ but are they really? Christians teach the law is done away with and they have freedom from the law. Isn't ths a satanic doctrine? Where the God of the Bible restricts us from living our brief lives to the full and the devil lets us do whatever without punishment. After leaving a high school dance with a male companion a 15 year old California girl was gang raped behind the school. As the rape occurred on lookers walked by and did nothing. The victim was finally left unconscious after being raped and beaten for some 2 ½ hours. It goes without saying, this behavior is completely unacceptable. Since it is unacceptable, why does it still persist and thrive. Things are not getting better but worse. WHY?

Is Christ really the reason for the Season? Many people will confess and know that Christmass really is a pagan holiday and has nothing to do with Jesus. He wasn't born on or near December 25, neither does the Bible verify this Holiday. Is it time for people to truely repent that Christmass is not about Jesus Christ.
