After leaving a high school dance with a male companion a 15 year old California girl was gang raped behind the school. As the rape occurred on lookers walked by and did nothing. The victim was finally left unconscious after being raped and beaten for some 2 ½ hours. It goes without saying, this behavior is completely unacceptable. Since it is unacceptable, why does it still persist and thrive. Things are not getting better but worse. WHY?
