10/29 PM Team 3pm Hour: Matt Clement, Mike Florio, and the Kyle Dugger trade.

Mike Florio hops on. He says that if the Steelers miss the playoffs there will be "wholesale changes". What does he mean by that and could Mike Tomlin be on the hot seat? Mike suggests that Tomlin's tone in his press conference is what got the ball rolling in his head as to the Steelers needing a change. Tomlin immediately blamed the offense instead of suggesting the defense was the issue, which is not the case.

Matt Clement joins the show! He has a massive collection of LeBron James cards. He says that Michael Jordan is better than LeBron and it is not even close. Matt likes the 18 inning World Series game. What are his thoughts on the Pirates payroll reportedly being relatively the same next year?

The Steelers made a trade last night. Kyle Dugger is now a Steeler. He has an injury history and has not been the same player since an ankle injury. What should fans expect from the newest Steeler? Donny says that he should fit right in as a player past his prime, injury prone, and not playing at a high level.

Tomlin Takes – What else did Mike Tomlin say to the media earlier today? Mike Annichine from Magee Women’s Research Institute & Foundation joined the show. Magee and the breast cancer awareness fund are the big charity involved in the Poni Nipple Piercing event tomorrow night. Mike talked about the ongoing battle with breast cancer and how much of a positive impact has been made in that fight in the last 10 years. Mike is a big fan of the show and loves that he can be part of the event. Mike appreciates Poni’s ability to turn lemons into lemonade here and is sad he won’t be in attendance tomorrow – but that’s because he will be part of a breast cancer vaccine discussion in New York. Name Game.

Mike Tomlin doesn’t think changes are needed for this defense. He doesn’t plan to take over ‘sole’ play calling for the unit and told reporters today that they will right the ship. We also pondered the decision to keep Nick Herbig off the field a lot over the last 2 games. What is the big issue with the Steelers?
