I speak to Ambreen Razia, an Actress & Writer from South London. Her critically acclaimed play The Diary of a Hounslow Girl toured nationally around the UK and has been adapted as a BBC three Pilot. Her play 'POT' was published by Oberon books and completed it's UK National Tour around the country, focusing heavily on girls in gangs and children growing up in the UK care system, She  co wrote and screened her short filmed 'Relapse', which explores the UK's prison system

I speak to Alexander Theo; a London based Gay writer/performer with a Greek Cypriot heritage and comedy drama sensibilities. Alexander is an actor, writer and stand up comedian. We talk about the journey so far, and he gets candid about the adversity and highlights the importance of mental health.

I speak to Tanmay Dhanania about his journey as an actor so far. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and has acted in UK TV shows like New Tricks for the BBC, Indian Summers for Channel 4 and The Durrells in Corfu for itv. He has also acted in and produced independent films like Brahman Naman and Garbage on Netflix and Cat Sticks on Mubi. Tanmay loves theatre and has acted in stage productions around the world. He has also taught theatre around the world.

I speak to Barry Wetcher about his journey as a movie still photographer, and boy does he have one! In a career spanning almost four decades, Barry Wetcher has amassed an impressive catalog of film and TV credits collaborating with some of Hollywood’s most elite filmmakers including Martin Scorsese on his acclaimed film “Goodfellas”, Oliver Stone on “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps”, John McTiernan on his action thriller “Die hard with a Vengeance” starring Bruce Willis, Jeremy Irons, and Samuel L. Jackson; among countless others.

I speak to Writer and Director Danish Renzu, a dear friend and colleague about his life growing up in Kashmir, India, and how it influenced him, and the stories he has chosen to tell up until now. We talk about films and the comparisons between doing work in Asia and the West.

I speak to coach Henri Bekalle about self love, self acceptance and how to tune into what's happening inside of us. He delves into what knocks our self esteem, and little things we can do to get to know the inner workings of our mind.

I speak to Robert Mack, our very own happiness coach, based out in California about his own life trials which led him to be where he is today. Robert is an ivy-league-educated Celebrity Happiness Coach, Positive Psychology Expert, Published Author of Happiness from the Inside Out, and TV Host, Personality and Producer for OWN and E! Robert’s work has been endorsed by Oprah and many others. 

I speak to author and motivational speaker and coach Wendell Miracle about his work, and his life, and he founded and created "Hope Nuggets." We discuss his life purpose, and how faith is his absolute foundation to spreading the hope and happiness he does on a daily basis.

I speak to Tamarin, psychotherapist, and healer about her journey from branding to coaching and therapy. She specifically works with women to uncover blockages and get into alignment on their journeys, and says that a reoccurring area women suffer with is questioning their self worth.
