Ann Dolin is a former Fairfax County, VA public school teacher. She received an undergraduate degree in Child Psychology with Teacher Certification for grades 1-8 and then received an M.Ed. in Special Education from Boston College in 1992. Ann has spent over 25 years in education, teaching and tutoring students from Kindergarten to College (and everywhere in-between). She founded Educational Connections in 1998 while tutoring one student at her dining room table. Since then, the company has grown to employee over 200 talented tutors throughout the Washington DC area and has served thousands of students.

Derrich Phillips was born and raised in Gary, Indiana. He joined the army at age 18 and served 4 years. His last year in the army he was deployed to Iraq. He has worked in the Cyber Security field for over 15 years now and has traveled to over 30 countries, living in 5 of them. Derrich received an MBA from GCU in 2012. He has been married to Requill for 3 years. They don’t have any kids but do have a 4 year old girl boxer. Derrich hosts a weekly podcast that focuses on helping people follow their passions to land their dream career.

Michele Spry is a children's author, businesswoman, philanthropist, daughter, sister, aunt and wife. Alex Branning is happily married to his wife, Kathy, and they have one daughter, Ali. They are foster parents and have had five little girls in our home. They moved to Redding, CA, last summer and have loved it so far. He owns a marketing agency that serves over 300 clients.

Eddie Mulholland is 61 years young. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and had gone further than New Jersey until he was 18. He loved playing soccer and running, but was advised by the soccer coach to run cross country because he was pretty good at running. He received a running scholarship to Marymount College of Kansas. There, he received two degrees: one in elementary education and another in physical education. In college, he met his best friend, and wife, Annie Vanderfeltz who was from Jefferson City, Missouri. Everyone knows the statement: "A son is a son until he meets a wife, and a daughter is a daughter for the rest of her life.” Eddie moved to Jefferson City with her because she was living close to home. He has had over twenty years of coaching and teaching science. 

Joseph Gulino, PH. D, is Principal of the Gulinogroup & Fearless Leaders Consulting. University of Missouri, Columbia, MO - Ph.
