Matt Rzepka was born and raised in Houghton Lake, Michigan. He attended Saginaw Valley State University where he played football as an outside linebacker. There he met the love of his life, Amber. They eventually married. During this time, Matt and Amber spent several years working at a CPA firm, but they quickly noticed that the one thing business clients needed most seemed to be missing. Daran Wastchak is a twenty-year entrepreneur and small business owner. He is a survivor and student of “The Great Recession” and is a fourteen-year veteran of two national non-profit Boards of Director. Daran received his Masters and PhD in Public Administration and Policy from Arizona State University, and he currently lives in Paradise Valley, Arizona where he his a volunteer member of the town’s planning commission.
