This was really an all-time keynote, getting up in front of the crowd in Dubai to talk about the MASSIVE change in entrepreneurship, and how and why I believe putting entrepreneurship on a pedestal will change once the economy collapses. I also go in and talk about the opportunity in the middle east, elaborating on what I see in the region, then pivoting to talk about converting content for different regions - like I do with my content - to broaden the reach of a brand.

this fireside Q&A that I did back in November in Phoenix was really really on fire - bringing up the benefit of getting to know your employees, and how that really can affect their happiness, my thoughts around the future of crowdfunding, and why I don't consume ANYONE else's content. Kicking off my trip to the UAE, I was honored to host this breakfast round table, taking questions around company culture, identifying culture shifts, and the importance of creating great content to boost a brand's presence in an increasingly mobile world

Loved hanging with the guys over at Virgin Radio while I was in Dubai, talking about how recognizing fads and growth ahead of time was a massive opportunity - investing in Google ads, Facebook ads, a YouTube channel and more helped me grow my brand to where it is today, as well as Wine Library and Vaynermedia. We then get deep and start talking around the mentality that arises when you stop caring about other people's opinions, and roll into a cool live Q&A.

I don't want to watch netflix, go skiing, go to a beer garden - none of that sounds FUN to me. But it might be fun to you. This quick mashup is 100% about doing the things that YOU enjoy and not letting other people dictate what you should be doing with your time... If you want to work, work.

Guys, this was a big one, and a type of episode that I want to start pushing out a lot more. This is from a VIP strategy session in Phoenix where I sat down with a bunch of people to talk the economic collapse, extremes, the event business and a bunch more. This is one you need to hear! 

These three different original pieces all include different themes of winning - I go in and talk about family businesses and what it was like growing Wine Library, Vaynermedia, Vaynersports all as what essentially started as a family business -  then move into talking about a subject that stems from the topic of family - not letting anyone else judge what you're doing, moving into making sure you're living humbly and not being fancy.

It blows me away that people don’t realize that complaining about someone is actually giving them mental leverage over you. As I reflect on it, the reason I don’t complain is probably more out of competitiveness than anything else — I just don’t want to give you the satisfaction that you have any say in how my life is going to play out. No one has say -- not my teachers, not the current state of political correctness, nothing. This isn’t coming from a negative place, or wanting to secretly hurt other people that have hurt me. It’s about coming from a place of confidence and control.
