Rickard Rakell joins the show. Rakell says that the Penguins have had a really good training camp, and he's excited to get the season started. He also says that the Fleury preseason game felt like a playoff game.

Pitt took down Boston College 48-7 on Saturday in Mason Heintschel's first career start. A true freshman QB had the offense humming way more than Eli Holstein had in more than a year.

Joe Smeltzer joins Donny to talk about Penn State's terrible loss to UCLA. Smeltzer says that Franklin is the guy with the most blame for the loss. He also says that this is the team's worst loss in the Franklin era.

Penn State suffered a horrendous loss to 0-4 UCLA on Saturday. Is James Franklin's time as head coach coming to an end? Donny says that Drew Allar is bad against any team that is good.

Nick Farabaugh joins Donny much earlier than he normally would on a Monday. Where do the Steelers currently stand in the AFC North? Nick and Donny talk about how wide open the AFC is this year, not just the Steelers' division.

It was a bye week for the Steelers however they did nothing but win as everyone else in the AFC North lost. Donny reviews the games for the Bengals, Ravens, and Browns from yesterday. Baltimore was routed. Cincinnati lost to Detroit and the Browns was the Browns. Everyone in the NFL seems flawed. No one is undefeated just 5 weeks in and only the Jets are without a win. Donny points out everything seems open at the given time. 

Pirates keeping Ben Cherington, does that mean Andrew McCutchen is gone? Steelers odds on favorite to win AFC North and will the Penguins be any good?

What has gone wrong so far this year in the first four games? He says it is not all on him and some of the blame should fall on Kade Bell. He says that a "total bottoming out" is hard to see in the ACC for Pitt. Does Penn State have a James Franklin or Drew Allar problem?

Some Mullsy Moles have suggested that Eli Holstein is not going to start tomorrow against Boston College and freshman Mason Heintshel will play instead. Pitt spent a lot of money to keep Holstein and are now apparently moving on after 4 games. Holstein has thrown five interceptions this season so far, if he sits, Mullsy says this has been a failure.
