We listened to some Teryl Austin clips from his press conference yesterday. Austin says the Bengals run game completely changed the Steelers game plan. He talked about stopping the run, Nick Herbig's playing time, Joey Porter Jr. and his penalties. Poni would give JPJ a C+ or B- at best. Austin had a bad excuse as to why Herbig was not playing late against the Bengals.

Aaron Rodgers, Fans vs The Fan, and Jason Mackey

Jason Mackey joins the show. The World Series starts tomorrow, what should we expect? Rob Manfred wants a salary cap and a salary floor and a different revenue sharing. Will the Pirates payroll go up or down for the 2026 season?

Aaron Rodgers says that the game on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers is not a revenge game. Is he lying? Poni says that he has a feeling there will be another Steelers collapse this season and the Steelers will miss the playoffs. The Steelers are underdogs six out of the next seven games.

Tomlin Takes – What else did Mike Tomlin say to the media earlier today? Kate from Gilded Violet Piercing joined the show. Kate will be the person piercing Poni’s nipples in just over a week. Poni ran down the resume Kate shared with him to be chose as his piercer next week. She explained why she’s a Bengals fan, and to no surprise, it’s because of Joe Burrow. Her business partner listens to the show every day and told her to put her hat in the ring. She said she pierces about 50 nipples per month. Kate doesn’t think it will be super painful, but maybe her pain tolerance is a little bit different. She suggested keeping the piercings in for 8-10 months IF they are intending on continuing to keep them pierced, but if there’s no intention of that, he can take them out almost immediately. Will Poni be able to remove them himself? Kate projected about 75% women to men getting their nipples pierced. Name Game.

Mike Tomlin spent time giving praise to the Packers DC today instead of other options he could have listed. The guys brought up the OCs that came through the Steelers facility in the last decade. It just feels like a whole lot of the same thing. Ray-Ray McCloud got released by the Falcons. After having a pretty decent 2024 season, should the Steelers give him a call?
