Hour 2: Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk joined the show. Mike gave us the up-to-date look on everything going on with the 49ers and Brandon Aiyuk, and if the Steelers have any chance in the fortune. Mike talked about the possibility of Justin Jefferson getting moved around the draft next week. Mike expects a deal including Jefferson would be for the Vikings to snag one of the hopeful franchise QBs at the top of the draft.  NFL analyst Brian Baldinger from NFL Network and Audacy Sports joined the show. Baldy gave a breakdown of some of the top offensive tackles in the draft and said JC Latham might be his pick for the Steelers at 20th overall. The guys asked if Baldy is concerned about lack of experience for players that get built up ahead of draft time. The guys wanted to get the insight on every top center in this draft since the Steelers are very much in the market for one. With the Capitals and Red Wings victorious last night, tonight’s game is a moot point. Where does this leave things going forward? Should Mike Sullivan feel the heat? Poni called for his firing. What about some of the terrible contracts they have on the books, like Tristan Jarry and Ryan Graves? What about the Erik Karlsson experience? Fans sounded off on the state of the Penguins.  Former Penguin Tyler Kennedy joined the show. The guys asked TK what the first move would be in the off-season if he was in charge. Tyler commented on Todd Reirdan likely being the fall guy due to the Pens’ poor performance on the power play. Would Tyler be OK with Mike Sulllivan being back? Tyler said he is hearing that the Penguins are going to try getting younger. The guys asked TK about what the Pens will do with Erik Karlsson and his contract. Duke PxP voice David Shumate joined the show. David painted the picture of Graham Barton and what his game is all about. He noted the level of athleticism Barton has and why he can play multiple positions among the offensive line. David talked about some games that stood out for him when recalling how good Barton was at the college level. David thinks Barton is a plug-and-play type player. The guys had to ask David his thoughts on Blake Hinson going off on Duke a few months ago. 

Why is NFL Films guru Greg Cosell making Justin Fields sound like Kenny Pickett and Mitch Trubisky? Is Fields athletic enough to make up for some mistakes? How good can Fields be for the Steelers? Can Arthur Smith make it work? Can you win in the NFL without a pure passer? 

Hour 3: Poni is upset that Mullsy didn’t invite him to the bar last night to take in a night of Pittsburgh sports where Mullsy witnessed a horrific first date. Poni talked about an awkward wedding encounter. The chat shifted to Oneil Cruz. Are we worried about the unicorn shortstop right now? 3 more strikeouts last night in some very ugly at-bats that have seemed to be more normal than they should be. What about Henry Davis? The Islanders have already locked up a spot, but could they still give the Pens issues?  The Pirates lost to the Mets, 6-3 last night. Aroldis Chapman struggled again and was thrown out of the game after the go-ahead 2-run double in the 8th inning. Did Chapman have a fair gripe with the strike zone? Are we getting closer to robot umpires? Are you OK with the human element being removed from the game?

Hour 4: Whether there was a trade request or not, the Steelers are listed as the betting favorite to land Brandon Aiyuk and for him to be in their lineup on opening weekend. It doesn’t seem like Aiyuk will sign an extension with the 49ers and he has begun the social media scrubbing of the team. Should the Steelers make a move for the big play threat?
