In this episode I talk to my lifelong friend, fellow go-getter and kindred spirit Josie Fenech about setting goals and going after them with all you've got. We talk about the importance of saying YES (and also, sometimes NO) and how to live your best, happiest, most fulfilling life...without taking anything too seriously.
