And so it was that the union of Marvel and Sony came to a crashing halt on Wednesday, as news leaked out of both franchise headquarters that they would be unable (or unwilling) to continue the mega-deal that brought Spider-Man into the MCU. Backed up with naught but a utility belt and cold hard facts, The Content King puts everyone on notice that there's a new sheriff in Take Town, and that sheriff is putting down anyone still espousing that tanking is a good idea in basketball.

Our favorite erratic hero himself returns to the 'cast this week to answer the age old question that nobody is asking: Does the Rock suck? The answer may surprise you! We even break down some numbers and interesting pieces of information to help prove our point! Excitement abounds! What will all of you heroes out there do with this information? Use it for good? For evil? For drunken conversation? Only time will tell!

Recently released on Netflix was a documentary called Behind the Curve, a surface-level study on Flat Earth believers. After watching it, well, let's just say that I had some thoughts. Should we be more accepting of people who espouse to this theory? How does Flat Earth Theory interact with other popular conspiracy theories out there? What is the solution to the problem of getting people to understand the basic tenets of science? Being the intellectual masochist I am, I then convinced a couple friends to also watch the documentary so we could record a conversation about it. If you're up for having your brain poked with the ol' podcast stick, definitely give this a listen!

Well now we've gone and done it. We went and dusted the, uh, dust off of an old episode and decided to publish it. But there's a story to it! Back in February 2018, Markus Vaughn came on the show to help us preview the 2018 Winter Olympics. However, due to technical difficulties (getting out of bed is difficult, FYI) the episode wasn't cleaned up and ready to publish until the Olympics were almost over. Originally we had decided to scrap it. However, after reconsideration, we decided to publish it and let you, the amazing fans, enjoy a bit of winter Olympic nostalgia. If it's a bit too past it's prime for you, that's just fine. We've got newer episodes along the way. But it just didn't feel right letting this one rot away without ever having seen the light of day.
