The Governor vetoed the second attempt at a Tax bill and the Omnibus spending bill although he still has another week to make up his mind on others. Also this week, Mosaic, a Fortune 500 company announced they are leaving MN recently and a former CEO blasted the state for its unfriendly business climate.
