I did couch to 5k back six years ago now and still run on the regular but after a month not running I was faced by my brain telling me "you suck". I am a firm believer that all things can be art, you only need label them as such. I also believe there is good and bad art. Something I think is important to remember when dealing with artists though is that art is accidental.
