Kathleen has made "some brutal choices" in life but that was before her brother started nagging her to come to a Sahaja Yoga program. Seeing 10 siblings turning slowly towards meditation encouraged her to try it out too. At Lake Simcoe in Barrie she told us how everthing finally worked out for her.

Our second guest is Dr. Nishi Pashnina, an Indian Sahaja Yogini that lived for some time in Russia and then moved to Toronto.
