From the beginning of this year, I have in mind to create an online course about a healthy lifestyle and losing weight and also an audiobook but the problem is that all the ideas and all the information I have, come and go, and I find this excuse that I don't have time to write and in one day I said that is better to record what I have in mind, then listen again and start connecting the dots. Every time is a first step to take and if you don't take ut you will never start and more important you will never finish.
