Today we are talking about making time for yourself. Most of us are busy people and have a lot of priorities and obligations that make it difficult for us to stop and take time for ourselves. Often, people say they do not have time for themselves... but it's about how you schedule your time. I work with a lot of moms and see my clients struggle with mom guilt of taking time for yourself.
