Last Minute Resistance It’s been a long day, you are considering skipping the gym because of any excuse.  Today’s topic is for you, we will talk about that last-minute resistance we have about taking care of yourself.  When you feel like giving up or not showing up, this is for you. Working out or starting a new workout routine is difficult and the excuses to skip the gym are running rampant in your head.  I had the problem too!  When I started, I had issues with my time and limited social aspects of my fitness journey.  I’m here to say, that you have to take your health a priority.  Making the adjustment to working out for one hour is a huge task, but if you just go, you will feel better about your choices.  Even at my advanced stage in training, I still get the urge to pass up my workout or yoga in order to do some other stuff.  Now I train in the gym 5 times a week and finding an hour of 30 minutes for yoga is a struggle for me.  I always feel last minute resistance
