There are a bunch of fun and cool runs to join. 5k’s are super fun and challenge yourself to train for the event. I promise the events themselves are fun and exciting to join in. You won’t regret the experience and you can but it on your bucket list! 2. Train in a different manner. If you are doing body building workouts, then go and try something different.
