First, I already have other videos that discuss this topic and I will be releasing more weight loss related Second, I think people should also realize that there is more to health and wellness than just losing weight. Excising is important for your overall physical and mental well being. Taking care of your mind is also crucial to your success as a human. So, I want to offer you other potential New Year resolution that has less to do with the scale.
