Hey people, I'm sorry but I had to take a break from writing and producing this podcast. However, I am back with 5 new episodes and I plan on staying on track with this for the foreseeable future. I will also be releasing an episode that explains where I went and why I stopped making the episode. However, in the meantime, this episode is about working out from home. Why am I talking about working out from home? Well, it's currently 4/20/2020 and we are in the middle of the coronavirus epidemic. We have been asked to quarantine ourselves so that we can flatten the curve and stay safe. I am all for flattening the curve and I think it's important for us to stay home. In the meantime though, I think a lot of people are feeling frustrated about the fact that they cant go to the gym anymore. I, of course, had to close Total Body Training and I'm not sure when we will be reopening our doors.
