Welcome back! This week, we recorded my second favourite movie! I have seen Spaceballs nearly 500 times. This is not an unrealistic number. I can play this movie over and over in my head word for word with every bit of timing, action, minor character position, and joke in the perfect spot. One thing I had never done though was analyze the science of this. Oh boy. This is easily the most scientifically flawed movie we have done so far. That being said, it is absolutely beautiful and I am glad to have had a reason to watch it again this month. Talking points: The Great Culling, Canned Air, and a particularly unhealthy obsession with a comedy movie. This week, I made some chords and added a couple of words to the Spaceballs Theme by The Spinners, so I guess it is still a parody. This song is not owned by me. I wish it were though. I would give anything to be a part of Spaceballs 2.
