"Think Equal, Build Smart, Innovate for Change" is the theme of this year's International Women's Day. While discussions of why women comprise just 20-30% of the tech workforce are nothing new, as technology continues to exert more influence over our lives, there is a growing urgency to bring more diverse voices into its creation. As Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, Executive Director of UN Women, puts it, "Innovation and technology reflect their designers and makers."   This episode features Enit Nichani, VP of Marketing at IGEL and Jan Mach, Sr. Technology Consultant at Lakeside.
