Pleasant Valley Assembly of God

Against the backdrop of religious and political oppression Jesus stood up on the last and greatest day of the Feast of Tabernacles to declare a promise to the thirsty. That promise came to a people who would suffer from the thirst caused by religious and political tyranny. The promise came with a conditional clause: "If any one is thirsty" He promised that from within would flow a river that undoubtedly changed the external landscape of their lives. Likewise today, believers who thirst and drink from the Fountain of Life are promised that same internal river that flows from within.
