Starkey & Mueller

The Steelers are apparently getting fed up with Aaron Rodgers not signing yet. Why hasn't the old quarterback signed a contract with the Steelers yet? Why haven't the Steelers publicly stated they have no problem waiting for him? They have two quarterbacks who have never played in the NFL before and Mason Rudolph. They should be able to admit they're okay with waiting for him.
