Ben Roethlisberger wasn’t blown away by the tape he watched on Drew Allar while at Penn State. Ben admitted to not watching a ton of Penn State football, but when he did watch, Allar didn’t ‘jump off the page’ at him. How much of the failures for Allar at Penn State were on James Franklin more than the QB himself?
