The Pirates have made another move. The news broke this morning that they are singing Marcell Ozuna to a 1-year deal worth $12M. Ozuna will step in and be the team’s DH, likely ending the Andrew McCutchen era in Pittsburgh. Do his off-the-field issues scare you at all about this move? What about his injury riddled 2025 campaign? Poni said there is reason to be excited about this – he’s a player that can hit a lot of home runs and extend their lineup like we have not seen in a few years (if not more).
