We are still waiting on the Steelers to name their next offensive coordinator. There was a lot of smoke around Scott Tolzien, but he decided to stay with the Saints. The early rumblings are that the Steelers never offered Tolzien the job and felt like he was too inexperienced. There is now scuttlebutt that Brian Angelichio is the new frontrunner to be the team’s OC – a former Pitt TE coach. Angelichio is currently the pass game coordinator with the Vikings, which has been a strong offense under Kevin O’Connell. Name Game.
