Once home to 24 native grape varieties, the area risked losing much of its biodiversity, yet Heydi, who began this work at just 17, has already restored 19 of them and continues bringing the heritage of the Cinque Terre back to life. Possa winery is famous for heroic viticulture in the Cinque Terre region, which involves cultivating vineyards on steep, terraced hillsides.
