The research uncovered some key insights into the realities of management today.   The study identified 12 core management capabilities essential for success: delegation, goal setting, transparent communication, coaching, active listening, recognition, inclusive leadership, trust, social sensitivity, self-awareness, self-regulation and empathy. Notably, empathy was linked to a 34% increase in team innovation.   The conversation also touches on the significance of happiness and satisfaction in the workplace. Research shows that employee satisfaction is associated with better long-term performance and happy employees are more likely to engage in self-driven learning.   Tune in t
