More about today’s guest: Elyse Wilson is GM/Wine Director at Camerata, a neighborhood wine bar in Houston, Texas..  Elyse’s employment includes management positions at Uchi Restaurants and Houston Restaurants, both well known for customer relations. Like so many other Camerata staff members, she knows her way around a professional kitchen as well.  Not only does Elyse curate the wine program at Camerata, she also manages the food menu! Elyse is a Certified Sommelier in the Court of Master Sommeliers, Advanced Sake Professional, WSET III Certified, Culinary Institute of America
