Lucia Palm is a certified sommelier who teaches wine education on social media in a fun and engaging way. About today’s guest: Lucia first became interested in wine while attending the Culinary Institute of America in 2012 during a mandatory wine class. After graduating she decided to pursue a career in hospitality working in fine dining restaurants while continuing her wine studies. While working at a 3-star Michelin restaurant in Napa, she took her introductory course through the Court of Masters with Thomas Keller only a few rows ahead! A year later she moved to New York and became a certified sommelier while working at a 1-star Michelin restaurant.
