More about today’s guest: Jo, as she is usually always called, was born to a Swedish father and an Italian mother who when widowed later married a Scotsman, so Jo grew up speaking Italian and English. Her stepfather’s work took the family to the Indian Subcontinent, Iran, Lebanon and Cyprus and Jo went to boarding school in England from the age of 13.  Frascati, her mother’s home town, was always ‘home’ however and is where she has been living permanently since 1977.  A lover of cuisines from all over the world, her desert island food remains the Italian table.  She caters and gives Italian cooking classes to people visiting Fra
