With a background in tourism and marketing, she transitioned to the world of wine in 2017, where she now specializes in organizing wine tours, hosting tastings, and providing training both in-person and online. Daria shares her knowledge through tastings, master classes, and lectures, and she's offering her Georgian wine crash courses. She holds WSET Level 3 certification with Distinction, and collaborates with European wine importer FineGrapes.ge. She co-authored the guidebook "Georgia: A Guide to the Cradle of Wine" and has been organizing private wine tours under the Trails and Wines brand since 2018.
