Baia Abuladze became a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in 2019 in Europe. She is the founder of Baia's Wine. As the winery is family-based, she performs everyday tasks ranging from fieldwork to tourism management, winemaking processes, and even meetings with her partners worldwide.
