Born in Piedmont, raised in Calabria, he loves Nebbiolo as well as Gaglioppo and Nerello Mascalese and he champions small artisan winemakers. He started in wine while studying for his PhD in Theoretical Physics in Rome. He moved first to Geneva then to London.
