She has also traveled to all 20 regions of Italy and recently became certified as an Italian Olive Oil Sommelier, as well as an Official Ambassador of Orvieto Wines. When she is not educating customers about Italian wine and gastronomy, she is also a high school English and history teacher and is currently in her 19th year.
