Welcome to Episode 1308, in which Cynthia Chaplin interviews Noell Dorsey in this installment of Voices, on the Italian Wine Podcast. About today’s guest: Noell is a Vinitaly International Academy Italian Wine Ambassador and a wine professional who has worked in the wine and hospitality industry for twenty years. She was part of the opening team at Island Creek Oyster Bar working in various roles before taking over as Wine Director in 2015. She has worked in Nantucket as a sommelier at Afterhouse Wine Bar and helped curate the new beverage program at acclaimed Moona Restaurant in Cambridge, MA. She is currently Cellar Manager at Bonham Skinner Auctions. She also is a Wine Educator at Commonwealth Wine School teaching various course levels as well as private tastings. She is a certified sommelier and holds a Level 4 certificate from Boston University’s Elizabeth Bishop Wine School. She recently participated in the Gita Scolastica program led by VIA in Sardinia and is a recent VinItaly Italian Wine Ambassador 2
