More about today’s guest: Alex is a passionate food professional with a strong background in food and beverage, business operations as well as tech. He graduated at the top of his class at NYU in the Global Liberal Studies Program and then worked as consultant for Capgemini in both New York and San Francisco. Following this experience, he career-changed and pursued his passion for food enrolling in Le Grand Diplôme, an intensive full-time cuisine and pastry culinary program at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Upon graduation, he went on to work at Michelin 2-star ** restaurant Sur Mesure Par Thierry Marx which is located in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Paris.
