About today’s guest: Cecil Park, award-winning winemaker, has developed a reputation as one of the most creative winemakers in Napa by combining her science and agricultural expertise with classic, small-lot techniques, which has produced some of the most balanced wines that embody elegance, purity and power. She is the first Korean-American female winemaker and viticulturist who manages over 80 vineyards throughout Napa. She also travels the world educating and speaking on winemaking. Cecil received her bachelor’s degrees in Biotechnology Engineering from Yonsei University, and Viticulture and Enology with high honors from U.C. Davis. She has created personalized and customized wines for her global client base that has included corporate clients, hotels, and golf tournaments such as LPGA and PGA.
