More about the Co-Moderator: Wayne Young “I'm Wayne Young, a transplanted American living and working in Friuli Venezia Giulia in Italy since 1998. After being awarded the WSET Diploma and stints working for Wine Spectator Magazine and as a somm at Joe Bastianich's Becco restaurant in New York, I decided to try my hand at cellar work. My plan was to return to New York and start a new chapter in the wine business after my first harvest... But three months became 4 years, and after marrying my Italian girlfriend, I moved to Udine permanently in 2002. I LOVE the wines from this region, and I love being able to have th
