Welcome to Episode 1362, in which Cynthia Chaplin interviews Marco Nordio in this installment of Voices, on the Italian Wine Podcast. About today’s guest: Sapori D’Italia Import was born from the passion of Adriana Betioli and Marco Nordio. Marco has studied Viticulture at the Wine Science course of the Auckland University and he set up a small vineyard in his property where he is currently producing Nebbiolo and Pinot Grigio grapes. His passion for Italian wine is part of his family history as his father used to introduce him to the rituals of food and wine matching since an early age. Adriana is originally from Brazil with a great passion for food and wine. She attended several cooking courses in different parts of the world. She is very involved in the selection and the marketing of the items that Sapori imports.
