Co-Moderator - Christopher Sachs Christopher Sachs is a wine and spirits professional based in Central New Jersey. He was classically trained in Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America where he took a short course in the study of wine. That’s where his love of food and wine really blossomed. Shortly after graduation, he worked in several restaurants before continuing to study wine with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) at the International Wine Center in NYC and has since completed the Advanced Course in Wines and Spirits, as well as the Diploma of Wines and Spirits
